We’ll ship your order as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary due to external factors outside of our control. Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier but we’ll always work with you if something goes wrong in transit.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns for change of mind or opened products. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll gladly replace or refund it.  Just reach out to us within 7 days.

All images, text, and branding on this site belong to Golden Hour Australia & Co. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of our products or website. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
